Refund Policy
Return Policy
Since most of our products are custom items and made to order we can't accept returns unless the item is faulty. Even if the reason for the return is that there has been delays with the delivery. Please refer to our Shipping policy.
To return a defective item please contact us as soon as possible, using the form on the website or send us an email to sales@cutefoxshop.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Please describe the fault in detail and we may ask for photos of the fault as well.
Cancellations Custom
Orders that have not yet begun processing will receive a full refund. Once your order is in production, 15 EUR cancellation will be deducted from your payment. Please note, some orders start processing as quickly as day of purchase.
Change Request
Once your custom order has been completed, it cannot be changed.
Damages/Wrong Item
All damaged/wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your product. Please email sales@cutefoxshop.com and include a photo of the item.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Cute Fox Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for information and filing a claim regarding your missing package.
International Shipping
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any import or customs fees that may apply at the point of checkout, or upon delivery/receipt of order.
