Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from Lithuania (European Union)

USA delivery:

For USA clients all customs duties and tariffs are included in the checkout price. No additional charges will be collected upon delivery.

Europe delivery:

We deliver across the Baltic states and Europe via couriers or parcel lockers. You will see the available options at checkout. We are also delivering via Lithuanian Post First Class Mail.

Please note that delays may occur but most packages arrive within 6-12 days in Europe.

With upgraded FedEx shipping, packages arrive within 2-4 days in Europe. Note that upgraded shipping does not shorten production time.

When your order ships we will email a shipping confirmation including tracking.

International delivery (outside the EU):

UK & international customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and handling charges. We do not cover customs or import fees for these countries.

All orders to United Kingdom are shipped via Lithuanian Post First Class Mail unless the customer upgrades shipping during check out.

Please note that delays may occur but most packages via Lithuanian Post First Class Mail arrive within within 6-12 days in United Kingdom and within 7-21 days to other countries outside EU.

With upgraded FedEx shipping, packages arrive within 2-5 days. Note that upgraded shipping does not shorten production time.

Please allow 3-5 days for orders to ship. If you need your order sooner please contact us before placing your order to see if we can accommodate your request for an additional rush fee.
